Legal Update:

I have submitted a Petition for Commutation of Sentence with President Trump asking him to pardon me or at least reduce my sentence to "time served" and have me immediately released. I also sent President Trump a personal letter as did my friend, former US Congressman Ed Foreman.

Enclosed are a few important letters and documents:

-a copy of the letter I sent to the President  (Click to see the letter)

-a copy of the letter Ed Foreman sent to the President advocating on my behalf.   (Click to see the letter)

After you read them, you will completely understand the situation.

YOU can help convince the President to commute my sentence and have me released!

This will not cost you any money.

All I ask is for a little of your time.

Here is what I am asking you to do:

CONTACT PRESIDENT TRUMP and simply tell him he should commute my sentence and tell him why.

Here's how:
-send him an email at Whitehouse.gov and go to the contact page

-send him a tweet at Twitter.com/realDonaldTrump and Twitter.com/POTUS

-send an Instagram at instagram.com/realDonaldTrump

-post something on his facebook page at facebook.com/DonaldTrump

-MOST IMPORTANTLY send a short letter in the mail or via some overnight service like Fed EX to the President. Nothing is more impressive than thousands of real physical letters being delivered in the mail.

Send to:
President Trump
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW Washington DC 20500

In your letter advocate for my release.

Express your outrage over the 10 year sentence.

Tell President Trump good things about me and my books.

Share how your life have been made better by my books, courses, radio show etc.

Encourage the President to pardon me or commute my sentence and have me released.

You can send the letters I have attached to people and use them as you see fit as they explain the situation fully.

YOU have all the power now. YOU can free me from prison.

Mobilize. Take massive and immediate action now.

Call people and work together.

I know that this will create positive results in so many ways.

Have fun with this, knowing that the outcome will be for the highest good of everyone and that no matter what happens it will all be perfect.

I will see you in person very soon!

Thank you all!

  1. That sentence was outrageous. We've supported K.T. and we've supported Trump. Let's see what we can do.

  2. Yes, I have supported KT from the beginning and the prison term shouldn't of took place. It is from words that someone says "It is Easy." and if they didn't do the diet themselves they can't say that it was easy or hard to do, unless they physically tried it themselves. I tried the diet myself and losted 60 pounds from doing it. I haven't from this day forward gained any of that weight back. Words are just opinion of what someone says and not actions of what someone Does in life. Words are worthless unless it has evidence of action in life with it. KT is a champion and no one should have trump it over with words and with no evidence of action that have it not happen in real in life. Words are just an opinion but not actions in real life.

  3. The facts shouldn't be what counts of someone's opinion, it should be the words of action that come from a person physically that has done the diet. That judge should go to prision now for putting someone in prision that hasn't done anything as a crime in his life. A crime is something physically done. You don't hear of people going to jail everyday, just because of something bad that they said to someone from words out of their mouth.

  4. I am so upset at what is goi g on with KT. It seriously does not make any sense at all that someone here in the US could get in trouble for excercising their freedom of speech. This is what so many service men & women died for. If it wasn't for the information I learned through KTs books, I would most likely be on the same path many many ppl in this country are on: medications, obesity, all kinds of sicknesses, etc. I am so thankful for KT & his passion to help people. I heard KT say, before president elect Donald Trump, that we needed to elect someone outside of the political arena. This has happened, & I believe that because of this, KT will be a free man. I am so happy KT never pleaded guilty, because truthfully he is innocent. . God BLESS this whole situation.

    1. "KT" has never had a passion for helping anyone but himself. And Trump is an even bigger scammer than Kevin, so it's kind of a turds-of-a-feather situation. Nonetheless it appears that all of those passionate entreaties to Trump to "free Kevin" have fallen on deaf ears and that the only response so far has been a form letter from the White House -- a letter that Trump most likely never even saw.

Unlike most people who see Kevin Trudeau for who and what he really is, I don't really believe that he belongs in prison, but I do wish there were a legal way to stop him from scamming. Prison sure hasn't done the trick, as he is still running his scams from the relatively cushy prison camp where he claims to be blissfully happy.
